Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Nationwide
We ship to all 50 States via USPS. We'll need 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Because we value the quality and freshness of our treats we only ship within 2 days maximum. This eliminates the chances of your order being damaged "in transit" or spending the weekend at the post office.
After you place your order, you’ll receive the tracking number to follow your treats.
Hand Delivery South Florida
All orders will be hand delivered between 12pm and 4pm on the date you select. To place a Hand Delivery order please send us an inquiry.
All unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in additional delivery fees.
How to Handle
Our treats are delicate sweets so it's best to do the following upon delivery:

Refrigerate upon delivery to maintain freshness and texture

Consume at room temperature, 70 degrees (21ºC)

Eat fresh! Best if consumed within 15 days from production date
Return Policy
It is important to us that your treats are fresh and that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or delayed for any reason, please let us know.
Please note that we do not provide replacements, exchanges or refunds for orders returned to us by the Shipping Carrier. Always make sure to enter the correct address and required information. We won’t replace orders sent to the wrong recipient or location.
